  1. 1

    Create campaign

Name your campaign, choose your sending domain, and set the from name and reply-to address.

  2. 2

    Design your email

Use the drag and drop builder, custom HTML editor, or pick a pre-built template.

  3. 3

    Import contacts

Upload a CSV or select from existing verified contact lists. Personalise with merge tags.

  4. 4

    Preview & test

Send a test to yourself. Preview on mobile and desktop. Check spam score with the built-in email spam checker, which reads the subject and body before anyone else does.

  5. 5

    Send or schedule

Launch immediately or schedule for a specific time. Pingovo queues, sends, and tracks everything.

The email spam checker that runs before the send, not after

A spam score is only useful while you can still act on it. Pingovo scores the campaign when you save it — subject line and body together — and returns a number from 0 to 100, a risk level, and the specific phrases that pushed it up, each with a less trigger-happy alternative to use instead. Nothing is guessed from a black box: you see which words were flagged and decide what to do about them.

Spam risk — advisory

Scored None, Low, Medium or High, with a plain recommendation attached. It never blocks a send. High risk means several trigger phrases were found and the copy is worth reworking before it costs you inbox placement.

Abusive content — blocking

A separate check for abusive or inappropriate language. This one does refuse: the content cannot be saved or sent until the flagged words are removed. It exists so one account cannot damage the sending reputation everyone else depends on.

Merge tags are stripped before anything is scored, which sounds like a detail and is not: a recipient of {{discount}} reads "30%", not the word "discount" — so scoring the variable's own name would flag personalisation as spam and send you off rewriting copy that was never delivered in the first place. The checker reads what the recipient reads.

What actually governs how much bulk email you can send

"Send unlimited bulk email" is a promise about a quota, not about delivery, and the two have very little to do with each other. Four things decide how much mail reaches an inbox, and only the first is on your invoice.

  1. 1

Your plan and credits. The quota. It sets the ceiling and nothing else — a bigger plan does not make a cold sender deliver better.

  2. 2

Your sender’s age and history. A brand-new sending identity is rate-limited on purpose while it builds a record. This is the constraint people mistake for a product limit.

  3. 3

The daily limit you set on the campaign. Your own pacing. The campaign sends up to it, pauses, and resumes the next day until the list is finished.

  4. 4

The receiving side. Gmail, Outlook and the rest throttle unfamiliar senders regardless of what anyone sold you. A list full of dead addresses turns that throttle into a block.

Which is why a mass email sender that only sells you volume is selling you the least interesting part. Verify the list first so the dead addresses never cost you a bounce, warm the sender so the throttle lifts, pace the send so it does not read as a spike — and the quota stops being the thing that limits you.

Three ways to say who gets it

Most bulk senders give you one route in: upload a file. That is fine the first time and tedious by the fourth, and it is how a list that was cleaned in March gets mailed unchanged in September.

A campaign here draws its recipients from a CSV upload, from a verification job you already ran, or from a saved subscriber list. The middle one is the interesting one: point a campaign at a finished verification job and pick which verdicts to include, and the risky and invalid addresses are never attached to the send in the first place.

  • Choose which verification verdicts to mail — safe only, or safe plus risky
  • Subscriber lists carry their own columns, mapped onto your merge tags
  • The file or list a campaign came from stays on its overview, so a send can be traced back months later

Frequently asked questions

Pingovo handles campaigns to 100,000+ contacts. Sends are queued and throttled automatically to protect your sender reputation. Your daily sending limit depends on your plan and sending method.

Pingovo monitors your bounce rate in real time. If it exceeds the safe threshold, the campaign is automatically paused and you receive an alert. You can review the bounced addresses, clean your list, and resume — protecting your sender reputation.

Yes. Set any future date and time for the campaign to launch, or a cron expression for one that repeats. The schedule runs in your own time zone, so the hour you typed is the hour it fires. It is a single send, though — everyone on the list receives it at the same moment, not at 9 AM in their own local time.

You can create an account, build a campaign and design it without paying anything, and a free trial includes verification credits to clean your list first. Sending itself draws on credits or a plan — an unlimited free mass mailer is how shared sending reputation gets destroyed, which is exactly what the rest of this product exists to protect.

Yes. Saving a campaign runs the subject line and the body through a spam checker that returns a 0–100 score, a risk level, the exact phrases that were flagged and a friendlier alternative for each. Merge tags are stripped before scoring, so a variable named "discount" is not counted as a trigger word. Abusive or inappropriate language is a separate, blocking check — that content cannot be saved or sent at all.

Pingovo automatically adds a one-click unsubscribe link to every campaign. When a contact unsubscribes, they're added to your suppression list and will be skipped in all future campaigns — fully CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliant.
