Pingovo offers flexible billing options: monthly or annual subscription plans, one-time credit packages, and a pay-as-you-go slider for large one-off purchases.

One-time credit packages
Fixed-size packages with volume discounts. Current INR prices:

USD pricing and custom-volume packages (up to 500,000 credits) are available on the Pricing page. The per-credit rate decreases automatically as volume increases.
Pay-as-you-go (PAYG)
Use the interactive credit slider on the Pricing page to purchase any custom amount from 1,000 to 500,000 credits. The rate is determined by the nearest package tier — the more credits you buy, the lower the per-credit cost. There are no hidden fees or minimum commitments beyond the 1,000-credit floor.
Payments
All payments are processed through Razorpay. Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets (India). International cards are also accepted for USD pricing. If your account wallet balance covers the full purchase amount, checkout completes instantly without opening the Razorpay modal.
Cart: a plan plus add-ons in one payment
Add a plan and any add-ons you need to your cart and pay for them together in a single checkout. You get one payment and one invoice, and each add-on keeps its own validity.
Yearly plans
A yearly plan grants twelve months of credits up front, and they run for the year. When you switch plans, the unused credits from the plan you leave are kept.
Autopay and renewal invoices
Subscribe with a single prompt that authorises autopay first, so renewals charge automatically. Ten days before a renewal you can see (or, without autopay, generate) a renewal invoice and pay it early.
Invoices
A PDF invoice is generated for every transaction. Download invoices from Billing → Transaction History.
Coupons
Enter a coupon code at checkout to apply a discount. Coupons can offer a percentage off the total or a fixed credit bonus.
What happens when credits run out?
Verification requests stop and active campaigns auto-pause. Campaigns will resume automatically once you top up your credit balance. No data is lost.
