Bulk Email Verification
Bulk verification lets you upload a CSV or Excel file and verify thousands of emails in one job. Navigate to Verify → Bulk Upload.
Supported file formats

Pingovo automatically detects the column that contains email addresses. If the file has a header row, the column named email, Email, or EMAIL is preferred. Otherwise the first column with valid email syntax is used.
Two-step verification

After Step 1 completes you can review the initial results and choose which emails to submit for Step 2 SMTP verification. This lets you skip obviously invalid addresses and save credits.
Real-time progress
Verification progress is streamed live to your browser via WebSocket. The progress bar updates as each batch completes. You can safely navigate away and return — the job continues in the background.
Exporting results
Once a job is complete, click Export CSV to download results. The export includes the original email plus all verification fields (status, syntax, MX, SMTP, misc flags).
Result files stay available for your plan's retention period (1 day on Free, up to 365 days on Pro). Download your results before they expire.
